Production Process |
We develop Wood Plastic Composites by mixing ground wood particles and heating thermoplastic resin. The material is extruded into required shape via injection molding. The material which is used for the production is virgin or recycled which includes LDPE, PVC, ABS, HDPE, etc. And the additives such as colorant and forming agents are added to tailor the range as per the application need. The Extruded WPC is made available in both solid and hollow profiles. The production activity is supervised by proficient and experienced team of professionals. |
