Introduction To The Outdoor Wall Panel Installation
Prior to installation
1. Before installing it is advised to unpack the wall cladding boards for 45 hours to allow them to adapt to ambient temperature conditions.
2.WPC keel helps to maximise the long term performance of your cladding, it is important that the surface below the keel is flat and stable in order to give the required support.
Fitting the outdoor wood plastic wall panel boards
1. Attach a starter clip to the bottom of each joist, it gives the first cladding board sth to sit on. Pre-drill a pilot hole into the keel and attach the starter clip.
2. Place the first wall panel board on to the starter clips. Mark and pre-drill pilot holes through the fixing groove of the board into the keel below.
3. Secure the boards with a screw. Not to overtighten the screw and risk splitting the board is important.
4. Slot the second board onto the first and repeat the fixing process.
